AUTOMATIC CREMULATOR

The function of this equipment is to pulverize the ashes, which may have inhomogeneous dimensions and/or aggregates when leaving the crematorium being incompatible for the final container, and making it possible to transfer them to the funeral urn.

The automatic cremulator is a specially designed machine that separate the biological residues deriving from incineration.

It simplifies as much as possible the ash processing and hones the ashes giving them granulometric uniformity.

The whole operation consists in manually introducing the remains into the bucket (A) where they will be processed by an internal mechanical system which will then filter the remains into homogeneous ashes inside the bucket (B).

The method of using this equipment is very simple.

Inside there is the processing system for which it is only necessary to introduce 2 buckets. Bucket A (left), where the incinerator biological remains will be deposited for processing. And bucket B (right), where the remains will be deposited for collection.

Once the connections are established, the whole process will be automatically controlled by the touch screen located in the upper right area which provides information on the machine operation by focusing on the work area and all the controls on the touch panel screen.

Inside the closed space there is the working area and accessible by double doors and where the internal mechanism for ash processing is located.

This space is where the operator should have access only to remove and insert bucket A and B in the correct positions.

This machine is fully automated so that the user only needs to make sure to put the buckets correctly and close the safety doors, before activating the automatic operation from the control screen.
