AUTOMATIC LOADER IF20SP

The automatic loader IF2059 is anautomatic mechanical system designed to facilitate the introduction of the coffin into the cremation chamber.

This device allows the operator to remain at an adequate distance from the loading door to avoid exposure to heat and ensuring the correct introduction of the coffin safely.

Product details

The automatic loader IF2059 is made of a frame on which a chain transfer system is applied.

This transfer works thanks to a gear motor that is connected through a chain to a trolley with pusher with an extension of 2910mm that determines the correct positioning of the coffin inside the crematory chamber.

The trolley is equipped with 4 loosen feet that will be fixed to the floor after a careful leveling of the traslation surface.

It is possible to have it also on tracks: this version allows you to serve various furnaces with a single coffin load.

Moreover, the coffin support and the related sliding are guaranteed by spherical rolling supports which is managed by a keyboard with buttons for every specific functions.

This keyboard is equipped with an EMERGENCY button, an AUTOMATIC/MANUAL functioning selector and a RESET button.

The trolley is made of electrowelded carbon steel or stinless steel, depending on the needs.

The cart can be painted or in stainless steel.
