COFFIN LOADER FORKLIFT TROLLEY ON RAIL
The forklift loader is a semi-automatic electric lifting system designed to facilitate the introduction of the coffin into the cremation chamber.
This device allows the operator to remain at an adequate distance from the loading door to avoid exposure to heat and safely ensuring the correct introduction of the coffin.
This model, designed by Vezzani Forni, is made of a compact lifting body, specially created to ensure complete visibility during the insertion.
The lifting body, which communicates directly with the furnace, is equipped with opening/closing door commands and lifting/lowering forks commands as well.
This to allow access to all the necessary functions for loading without ever having to leave the workstation.

The forklift trolley on rail is equipped with a mechanical lifting system of the coffin and a sliding rail that simplifies the insertion of coffin inside the crematory furnace.
In this way you avoid to push the coffin, as it usually happens in the manual devices.
The total power absorbed by this device is about 0.4 kW and it is electrically powered directly from the general unit panel.
The coffin loader on rails is made of two high adjustable steel arms which allow the correct positioning of the coffin inside the cremation chamber.
The body of this device is made of painted steel panels in which is inserted the control box that regulates the height and the furnace door opening.
This particular system allows to easily load the coffin on the trolley and regulate it in the correct load position.
This trolley has 250 kg maximum loading weigh capacity and is provided with floor guides for the perpendicular sliding of the introducer.
